Who can see your data
Your name, email, phone number, address, venue date are retained and Cambridge Wedding Services owner (Sam Asplen) is the only person to have full access to this. Your DJ for the evening will see your name, venue and date of event.
We never share your details with third party companies or individuals.
How long we retain your data
For users that contact us through our booking system or website we store this data for a maximum of 21 days, if no further contact has been made, our system then automatically deletes all data. For clients which book through our online system; all information is stored and retained until 14 days after the event has taken place, our system then will automatically delete all data.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
